I am a fan of Tamika Catchings. But her 2011 WNBA MVP award was really a lifetime achievement award. Her ppg, rpg, apg, spg, and mpg were all very slightly lower than her career averages. Catchings has played better in 6 of her 9 previous years in the WNBA. Congratulations to Catchings. And congratulations to Tina Charles on her 2nd consecutive outstanding season.
