Her sophomore season has been over for more than a month but the awards continue to roll in for UConn's Breanna Stewart.

Stewart was named the female athlete of the month for April by the United States Sports Academy, beating out tennis star Maria Sharapova and Boston Marathon's overall female winner Rita Jeptoo
