UConn's impressive recruiting class about to become official
The early signing period begins tomorrow and over the next few days De'Janae Boykin, Napheesa Collier and Katie Lou Samuelson will sign and fax over their letters.
According to her father, Boykin will be signing her letter on Friday at 10 a.m. in a ceremony at Flowers High School although there is a chance she could sign the letter tomorrow since that is who recruits have done it in the past as the signing ceremony is simply for show.
Collier will sign her letter tomorrow and then there will be a signing ceremony on Nov. 19 at Incarnate Word Academy while Samuelson is one of 14 Mater Dei athletes taking part in a signing ceremony.
Once all three letters are received UConn coach Geno Auriemma will comment on the class. I would expect that to occur at some point during the upcoming trip to California.
