UConn signee Breanna Stewart had 17 points in the second quarter alone to lead her Cicero-North Syracuse team to a 69-33 win over West Genesee in Friday's Section III Class AA championship game.

Stewart finished with 30 points as the Northstars won their fourth straight regional title and advance to play the winner of Saturday's Albany/Colonie game in the next round of the New York state playoffs on Mar. 10 at Hudson Community College.
