Breanna Stewart part of ESPN's generation next poll
UConn freshman forward Breanna Stewart is one of five basketball phenoms in a poll to determine who is the next big thing in basketball being run on ESPN's website for a project to run in ESPN the Magazine.
Stewart, who is averaging 15.1 points and a team-leading 6.5 rebounds and is tied for the team lead with 12 blocked shots, is the only female player on the list.
The other nominees is Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving, Sacramento Kings forward/center DeMarcus Cousins, as well as current high school stars Andrew Wiggins and Jabari Parker.
