Former UConn guard to play in Polish all-star game
Former UConn guard Lorin Dixon will play in the Polish League all-star game on Feb. 15.
Dixon is averaging 13.1 points, 4.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.5 steals in 21 games during her first season with Energa Torun, will play for the foreign squad in the game, which will be played in Gdynia.
Jantel Lavender, Chineze Nwago, Allie Quigley and Taber Spani and Sharnee Zoll will start for the foreign squad which will play a team of Polish natives in the all-star game.
